As you know, due to the latest Government Guidance for relaxing of lock-down, we are able to re-open to you from July 4th 2020.
We have been working really hard to make sure that the salon is a safe environment for both you and our staff but there will obviously be measures in place that we must all follow.
Before you attend/Booking appointments:
🌟 When booking you will be asked the following questions: 1. Have you had the recent onset of a new continuous cough? 2. Do you have a high temperature? 3. Have you noticed a loss of, or a change in, normal sense of taste or smell? If you answer yes to any of these, no matter how mild, we will have to wait to book you an appointment until you are well enough to attend. If you are booking more than 14 days in advance you must not attend your appointment if you have any of these symptoms within 14 days prior to your appointment.
🌟 Client consultations will need to be phone based or via the Salon’s messenger service on Facebook. If you change your mind regarding your cut or treatment before your appointment, you must let us know so we can ensure we have sufficient time and space to provide you a service.
Attending your appointment:
🌟 You must wear a mask to attend your appointment. We do not provide these so you will need to bring your own. Our stylists will be wearing visors but we ask that when you arrive and when not seated and being attended by our salon staff you must wear a mask.
🌟 When you arrive at the salon, please wait outside until your stylist tells you it is OK to enter the building. The door will remain locked to prevent walk-in appointments. We have to ensure that we do not have too many people in the building at one time. This keeps you, and us safe. If there is more than one person waiting outside the salon, please respect social distancing at all times.
🌟 When you enter the salon, you will be asked to use the salon provided hand sanitiser.
🌟 There will unfortunately be no refreshments available or a waiting area so please come alone to your appointment and bring your own beverage. This must be taken away with you after your appointment.
After your appointment:
🌟 We will only be accepting card payments as a way of reducing the amount of contact we need to have with you. This again, helps keep you, and us safe.
🌟 If you develop any Covid19 symptoms up to 14 days after your appointment, please call us or message us and let us know.
We appreciate it is a scary time for us all but we are going above and beyond for our clients to ensure they feel safe and secure during their appointments. We cannot offer any beauty treatments at present but we will let you know as soon as this is possible! We look forward to seeing you all soon.
